Summer is here and with it comes chillaxing with family and friends.one thing I really love is summer food and drink, one favorite being cold smoothies!
I’m in a green mood at the moment so I’m eating and drinking lots of greens and off course I want you to do the same. *Que subliminal urge to try my smoothies* However I don’t do measurements so you will have to freestyle your way through! The first ingredient should be the one you use most of anyway.
Cale, cucumber, apple, pear, lemon and mint. I sometimes add a shot of Rynkeby ginger shot too.
Spinach, apple, cucumber and lemon.
Bancumber (BANana +cuCUMBER) smoothie
